Netflix nabs comedy 'Super-Normal'

Streaming giant Netflix has picked up the movie rights for "Super-Normal".

The film will feature actors Josh Gad, Daisy Ridley and Luke Evans in the lead, reported Variety.

The film, a comedy, will take a character-driven, subversive take on Hollywood's beloved superhero genre.

Gad, who starred in "Murder on the Orient Express" recently, is also producing the project along with Dan Lin and Jonathan Eirich.

The script for the film has been penned by Aaron and Jordan Kandell.
