Nine gang-members arrested, motor-bikes seized

The Karimnagar III Town police here have arrested nine men and seized three motor-bikes, four mobile phones and Rs 4,000 from them.

Karimnagar Commissioner of Police V B Kamalasan Reddy said that these men were school drop-outs and used to steal or rob two-wheelers parked along the roads.

On a tip off, the police arrested Miryalkar Sai (20), Koheda Venu (20), Guttam Sairam (19), Deva Karthik (24), Gummadi Rajesh (24), Madire Harish (20), Kurella Saichand (21), Mamidipally Bhuvaneshwar (20) and a minor youth (17).

A magistrate's court sent them in judicial custody. Further probe was on.
