Amidst efforts to form a grand alliance before the coming Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, UPCC president Raj Babbar today said that he was not aware of any such move.
"I have been working and discussing the state affairs with AICC secretary incharge of the state, Gulam Nabi Azad regularly and I have no information about any such move", Babbar told news persons in an informal chat.
On a recent meeting between Samajwadi Party president Mulayam Singh Yadav and Prashant Kishore, the poll strategist roped in by the Congress party, Babbar said only he can tell about it.
"Such matters, if any, are taken up only by the party's top leadership ", he said adding that the media is, however, discussing the matter a lot.
