Union Human Resource Development Minister Prakash Javadekar will inaugurate Isha Vidhya's first annual conference titled "Innovating India's schooling" at Isha Yoga Centre here on November five.
The conference, organised as part of Isha Vidhya's 10th anniversary, would be attended by Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, founder, Isha Foundation and HRD minister of Andhra Pradesh Ganta Srinivas Rao among others, a release said.
Isha Vidhya has nine rural schools with a strength of 7,100 students and 60 per cent of them were getting scholarships.
The conference will also be attended by 700 educationists and policy makers along with teachers, school heads and NGO representatives, it said.
