Prices of thoor dal and gram dal rise while and rest all other commodities ruled steady in the wholesale foodgrain market here today.
Thoor dal rose by Rs.100 per quintal to Rs.8,300 from its previous closing rates of Rs.8,200.
Price of Gram dal rose sharply by Rs.400 per quintal to Rs.4,400 from its last rate of Rs.4,000.
Urad dal,moong dal,sugar,wheat,maida(90 kgs) and Sooji (90 kg) prices ruled steady.
Following are the wholesale rates of various agri-commodities (in Rs per quintal, except where stated otherwise): Thoor Dal Rs 8,300, Urad Dal Rs 8,200 Moong Dal Rs 9,800, Gram Dal Rs 4,400, Sugar Rs 3,100, Wheat Rs 2,750, Maida (90 kg) Rs 2,500 and Sooji (90 kg) Rs 2,900.
