Prices of moong dal and gram dal increased while those of thoor dal and urad dal decreased at the wholesale foodgrains market here today.
Rest of the commodities ruled steady.
Moong dal rose by Rs 300 per quintal to Rs 9,500 from its previous closing rate of Rs 9,200.

Gram dal opened the week at Rs 3,950, an increase of Rs 50 per quintal from Rs 3,900.
Thoor dal prices decreased by Rs 200 per quintal to Rs 8,000 from its last week closing rate of Rs 8,200.
Urad dal went down by Rs 100 per quintal to Rs 8,700 from Rs 8,800.
Sugar, wheat, maida and sooji prices ruled steady.
Following are the wholesale rates of various agri- commodities (in Rs per quintal, except where stated otherwise): Thoor Dal Rs 8,000, Urad Dal Rs 8,700 Moong Dal Rs 9,500, Gram Dal Rs 3,950, Sugar Rs 3,200, Wheat Rs 2,650, Maida (90 kg) Rs 2,500 and Sooji (90 kg) Rs 2,600.
