Pulses end flat in quiet trade

There was not much activity at the wholesale pulses market with prices moving in a narrow range in scattered deals and settled around previous levels.

Traders said adequate stocks position against restricted buying activity kept prices at the previous levels.

Following are today's pulses rates (in Rs per quintal):

Urad Rs 3,800-5,650, Urad Chilka (local) Rs 5,000-5,100, Urad best Rs 5,100-5,600, Dhoya Rs 5,500-5,700, Moong Rs 4,500-5,200, Dal Moong Chilka local Rs 5,200-5,400, Moong Dhoya local Rs 5,800-6,300 and best quality Rs 6,300-6,500.

Masoor small Rs 3,650-3,750, bold Rs 3,700-3,850, Dal Masoor local Rs 3,800-4,300, best quality Rs 3,900-4,400, Malka local Rs 4,100-4,300, best Rs 4,200-4,500, Moth Rs 3,500-3,900, Arhar Rs 3,850 Dal Arhar Dara Rs 5,600-7,500.
 

Gram Rs 5,000-5,300, Gram dal (local) Rs 5,500-5,900, best quality Rs 5,900-6,000, Besan (35 kg), Shakti bhog Rs 2,350, Rajdhani Rs 2,350, Rajma Chitra Rs 7,000-9,300, Kabuli Gram small Rs 8,000-9,000, Dabra Rs 2,700-2,800, Imported Rs 4,700-5,100, Lobia Rs 4,500-4,700, Peas white Rs 2,725-2,750 and green Rs 2,775-2,875.
