Rains drench desert state

Light to moderate showers occurred in many parts of Rajasthan overnight with Reodar receiving nine cms of rains till this morning.

Sheo, Raniwara and Chittorgarh recorded 8,7 and 6 cms of rains, the MeT department said.

Dabok, Kota and Jaipur received 6.2, 6 and 3 mms of rain till this evening, it said.

The weather office has predicted light to moderate rains at many places in eastern parts of the state tomorrow.
