Refined palmolein prices eased in an otherwise lacklustre Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today due subdued stockist offtake as well as retail buying.
Meanwhile, groundnut oil, castorseeds bold, castor oil commercial and linseed oil ruled stable in the absence of any large-scale buying activity.
The castorseeds futures rates for today were unavailable.
Moving to edible segment, refined palmolein moved down by Rs 2 per 10 kg to Rs 566 from Thursday's closing level of Rs 566 and groundnut oil closed unchanged at Rs 800 per 10 kg.
In the non-edible section, castorseeds bold, castor oil commercial and linseed oil closed unaltered at Rs 4,100 per 100 kg, Rs 850 and Rs 835 per 10 kg, respectively.
