Refined palmolein prices slipped further at the Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today due to lower demand from retailers.
Meanwhile, groundnut oil and linseed oil maintained a stable trend in the absence of any large-scale buying.
In non-edible segment, castorseed bold and castoil commercial dropped further following reduced offtake from shippers and soap industries.
In the edible section, refined palmolein moved down by Rs 2 per 10 kg to Rs 581 from last Saturday's level of Rs 583. However, groundnut oil closed unchanged at Rs 1,200 per 10 kg.
Among the non-edibles, castorseeds bold dipped by Rs 35 per 100 kg to Rs 3,250 from Rs 3,285 and castor oil commercial declined by Rs 7 per 10 kg to Rs 680 against Rs 687 previously. Linseeds oil closed unaltered at Rs 1,350 per 10 kg.
