While, groundnut oil prices held steady in the absence of any worthwhile buying.
Among the non-edibles, castorseeds bold and castoroil commercial recovered modestly owing to mild offtake from shippers and soap industries.
Linseedoil ruled stable in the absence of any large-scale buying activity.
In the edible segment, refined palmolein gained by Rs 3 per 10kg to Rs 470 from Friday's level of Rs 467. Groundnut-oil closed unchanged at Rs 975 per 10 kg.
Moving to the non-edible section, Castorseeds bold moved-up by Rs 25 per 100kg to Rs 3,550 from Rs 3,525 and castoroil commercial went up by Rs 5 per 10kg to Rs 740 as against Rs 735 yesterday.
Linseedoil closed unaltered at Rs 875 per 10kg.
