Refined palmolein softened in an otherwise lacklustre Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today on reduced offtake from stockists and retailers despite higher Malaysian cues.
Meanwhile, groundnut oil, linseedoil, castorseeds bold and castoroil commercial all ended stable in the absence of any large scale buying activity.
The castorseeds futures rate were unavailable.
In the edible segment, refined palmolein inched down by a Re per 10 kg to Rs 582 from Friday's closing level of Rs 583. Groundnut closed unchanged at Rs 750 per 10 kg.
Moving to non-edible section, castorseeds bold, castor oil commercial and linseedoil all remained unaltered at Rs 3,900 per 100 kg, Rs 810 and Rs 840 per 10 kg, respectively.
