Ricky Martin adding daughter to family next year

Pop star Ricky Martin is preparing to become a father again with a baby girl next year.

The 'Livin' La Vida Loca' hitmaker, father to six-year-old twin boys Matteo and Valentino, said he has been keen to add a girl child to his brood for some time, reported Contactmusic.

"The little baby will come next year. When daddy's little girl arrives, I want to be there," he said.

However, the 42-year-old singer reveals he is still on the hunt for the ideal surrogate, adding, "We have to make a couple of phone calls to look for the little girl."

Matteo and Valentino were also born via a surrogate mother in August, 2008.
