Social organisation Rotary Club will help 30 underprivileged children with cochlear implants this year.
The decision was taken in an annual conference of Rotary District 3012 where service programmes, projects, and public relations achievements in the district were discussed by the members.
Ramesh Aggarwal, district trainer, addressed the members on the CSR activities of the club.

"We will be focusing on getting 30 cochlear implants for the underprivileged children this year. It is the dream of every child to enjoy normal life with their friends and we want every child to experience this," he said.
A cochlear implant is an electronic device that replaces the function of the damaged inner ear helping overcome deafness.
