Russian women arrested for creating trouble in flight

A Russian national was arrested on charges of creating trouble, allegedly in an inebriated condition, onboard the flight upon arrival at the international airport here today.

The Russian, identifiled as 30-year-old Maria Kondrashova, who travelled by a Quatar Airways flight from Dohao, on a six month tourist visa, misbehaved with crew members and was taken into custody by the CISF, police said.

She was handed over to local police, they said, adding, that the Russian Consultate as well as Maria's mother, in Russia, have been informed about the incident.
