Singer-actress Selena Gomez startled boyband Union J's George Shelley by saying that she misses him and would like to get in touch with him.
The 21-year-old former Disney star, who split with teen pop sensation Justin Bieber earlier this year after a three-year romance, sent Shelley, 20, a personal video message, reported Daily Mirror.
"Hey, George, it's Selena. I was in London for a bit and I'm bummed I missed you so next time give me call," Gomez said in the video.
Meanwhile, Shelley was pretty shell-shocked by the video which he saw in front of his bandmates.
"Selena's one of those massive celebrities who doesn't even know you exist, so I was gob-smacked.I thought it was a lookalike at first. I could feel my cheeks going red and the lads laughed at me," he said.
He intends to inform Gomez beforehand when they plan to meet.
