Metro services on the Blue Line were briefly affected today due to troubleshooting in a train at Kaushambi station that was heading towards Dwarka, officials said.

The Line 3 or Blue Line connects Dwarka Sector 21 with Noida City Centre, and is on of the busiest corridors of the network.

"There was a slight delay around 7:30 am due to troubleshooting in a train at Kaushambi Metro Station, heading towards Dwarka. Its emergency brakes were not getting released, so the train was withdrawn from service after 15 minutes of troubleshooting," a senior DMRC official said.

"This may have resulted into bunching on Line-3 for a while," he said, adding, services were later resumed.

Train services were briefly affected on Febraury 21 on the Blue Line due to signalling issues at two stations.

The DMRC is all set to open its Majlis Park-Durgabai Deshmukh South Campus segment of its new Pink Line tomorrow.
