Sleuths from Video Piracy Cell along with Enforcers of Intellectual Property Rights, an anti-piracy firm, today arrested six persons for selling fake mobile phones.
Police said they also seized fake mobiles worth about Rs 23 lakh stored under the brand name of Samsung after conducting searches in six mobile shops in the bus stand area in the city.
The searches were conducted following complaints from Samsung mobile company officials, police said.
