Six booked for abduction, rape in UP

A case has been registered against six persons for the alleged abduction and rape of a girl at Norangabad village here.

The accused, Akeel along with five other persons have been booked for kidnapping and raping a girl, belonging to Norangabad village, on the pretext of marriage, Sikandara Rao Hathras SHO, Anoop Kumar Bharti said.

The FIR regarding the same was filed by the victim's father yesterday, he said.

No arrests have been made so far in the case, police added.
