Slight drop in maximum temperatures in Pb, Haryana

The maximum temperatures today registered a slight drop at many places in Punjab and Haryana, with rains lashing isolated places in the two states.
Chandigarh recorded a high of 35.4 degrees Celsius, the MeT report said.
Narnaul in Haryana recorded a high of 33 deg C, down by two notches while Ambala's maximum settled at 35 deg C.

Bhiwani recorded a high of 36.4 deg C while Hisar had a hot day at 37.5 deg C, which was a degree less than yesterday.
In Punjab, light rain lashed Amritsar which recorded a high of 31.6 deg C, while Ludhiana's maximum settled within normal limits at 33.7 deg C.
Patiala recorded a high of 36.4 deg C, three notches above normal.
