Small sugar prices dropped at the Vashi wholesale market today due to reduced demand from stockists and bulk consumers amidst adequate stock positions.
While, medium sugar ended mixed on alternate bouts of buying and selling.
Small sugar (S-30) slumped by Rs 100 per quintal to Rs 3,086/3,095 from last Satursday's closing level of Rs 3,086/3,195.
Medium sugar (M-30) was quoted at Rs 3,202/3,365 as compared to Rs 3,212/3,355 per quintal.

Medium sugar (M-30) quality: Rs 3,086/3,095 (Rs 3,086/3,195).
