With the death of one more person at a private hospital here, the death toll in swine flu in Odisha today increased to 48, official sources said.
The total number of H1N1 infected persons has also increased to 372 in the state. "Of the 12 sample tested today, one was found to be positive to the H1N1 virus," the official said.
A total of 1207 samples have so far been tested in the state.
Meanwhile, the state government has issued guidelines to all the private and government officials to make special treatment provisions for the swine flu patients.
