Temperature climbs marginally in Bihar

Temperature rose marginally in Patna and other parts of Bihar today in the absence of rain even as humidity levels remained high.

Only Purnea recorded 16 mm rainfall.

Patna recorded maximum temperature of 33.4 degrees Celsius, the Met office said here.

Temperature in Gaya was 33.5 degrees Celsius while it was 33 degrees Celsius in Bhagalpur and 33.7 degrees Celsius in Purnea.

Humidity in Patna was recorded at 90 per cent. It was 81 per cent in the temple town Gaya and 85 per cent each in Bhagalpur and Purnea.

The weather office has forecast generally cloudy sky with light rain for tomorrow.
