Union minister and Lok Sabha member from Ludhiana, Manish Tewari, today thanked Railway Minister Mallikarjun Kharge for daily operation of the Ludhiana-Delhi Shatabdi Express.
Earlier, the train was running four days a week.
In a statement here, Tewari also thanked the Railway ministry officials for ensuring the daily run of the Shatabdi train between Ludhiana and Delhi.
The Information and Broadcsting minister said the train had been extended up to Moga since December last and had now stoppages at Jagaraon, Sangrur, Jind and Rohtak also.
