Three bills were today presented in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly following the assent of Governor N N Vohra.
The J&K Development Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishment) Bill 2011, The J&K Employees Provident Funds (and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) Bill 2012 and The J&K Water Resources (Regulation and Management) (Amendment) Bill 2012 were passed by both the Houses in the previous session, Legislative Assembly Secretary Mohammad Ramzan said.
Ramzan also laid down a copy of the Bill passed by Legislative Council on October 10 last year for the concurrence of the Legislative Assembly.
