Tiger found dead in Uttarakhand

A tiger was found dead at Dichori range in Ramnagar forest division of Nainital district, forest officials said today.

The carcass was found yesterday, forest warden of Tarai west Surendra Mehra said, adding that injury marks on the tiger's body suggest he died after a fight with another animal.

The body has been sent for postmortem.
