Two injured in blast in tea shop

Two persons were today injured when a blast took place at a tea shop at Palayamkottai area, police said.

The two tea shop employees opened the shop for business when the blast occurred, they said.

Explosives experts have rushed to the spot to ascertain the nature of the blast.

The injured persons have been hospitalised.
