Two killed, seven injured in collision

Two people have been killed and seven others were seriously injured when the tractor- trolley they were travelling in collided with a jeep here late last night.

No one was injured in the jeep, police said today.

The tractor-trolley was on its way back to a village in Faizabad district after a religious function when it collided with the jeep on Bhitiriya-Daryabad road under Daryabad police station area here.

Baburam (60) and Dileram (30) died on the spot while seven injured, including a two-year-old girl, have been admitted to a hospital, police said.
