Two minor girls were allegedly raped in separate incidents in the district, police said today.
In the first incident, a 14-year-old was kidnapped by three youths from her residence and gangraped in Faizganj area late last night, Additional Superintendent of Police, Anil Kumar Yadav said.
The girl who was seriously injured was recovered from a field this morning, Yadav said.
In another incident, a 15-year-old girl was raped at gunpoint in Musjhag area yesterday, the ASP said.
He said that FIRs have been lodged and the victims would be sent for medical examination today.
