Two people killed in accident

Two people were killed in a hit and run incident in Krishna district, a police official said here today.

According to the Inaguduru police, V Nagaraju (24) and Ankamma (20) were travelling in a motorcycle early on Sunday morning, when an unknown vehicle rammed into it.

The victims succumbed to serious injuries and died on the spot.

Both the victims belong to Machilipatnam, the police said.
