Two Class XI students drowned in a
pond at Chakeri area in Bhanhanagar district here, police said today.
Vishal (16) and Sooraj (17), students of Air Force Kendriya Vidyalaya, had gone to take a bath with their friends to the pond last evening.
The incident took place when the two boys bathing went deep into the water and drowned, police added.
Bodies of both the students were fished out by the police after a three hour search. The police is investigating the matter, they said.
