Uma remains silent on Chouhan/Modi comparison

Senior BJP leader Uma Bharti today steered away from commenting on the issue of comparison between Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi and his Madhya Pradesh counterpart Shivraj Singh Chouhan, saying that would be like adding fuel to fire.
"I will not respond to such queries at a public forum as (that would be) like setting fire to dry grass," Bharti said at an interaction at Indore Press Club.
Senior party leader LK Advani's recent comments in praise of Chouhan triggered off an uproar with rival Congress leaders citing it as evidence of discord within BJP.
As to her own political career, Bharti said that BJP president Rajnath Singh would decide which election she was to contest, and from where.
