Moderate to dense fog at isolated places would occur over Assam and Meghalaya, Nagaland-Manipur-Mizoram-Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi and Punjab. Moderate fog at isolated places would occur over Gangetic West Bengal, Odisha and Bihar.

Day 2 (23rd Dec.): Cold wave conditions would prevail at isolated places over Saurashtra and Kutch.
