Woman, son killed in road mishap

A woman and her son were today killed when the motorcycle they were riding was hit by an unknown heavy vehicle near Laxamangarh in this district.

Sunita and her son Kuldeep were going to Laxamangarh when their motorcycle was hit by the heavy vehicle which fled the spot after the incident, police said.

The bodies have been sent for post-mortem and their family has been informed about the incident, they said.
