Youth arrested for carrying intoxicant capsules in J-K

A youth has been arrested and over 5,000 intoxicant capsules and bottles seized from him in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir.

On a specific information, a police party from Lakhanpur Police Station intercepted vehicles in Lakhanpur belt of Kathua district and arrested one Safeer Ahmad Lone, police said.

4,320 intoxicant capsules (Spasmo Proxyvone+), 560 Rancof bottles, 590 Biorex bottles were seized from his possession, they said.

Th accused is a resident of Aadipura Tehsil Sopore District Baramulla in South Kashmir, police said.

A case in this connection has been registered at Lakhanpur Police Station against the accused and investigation is going on, they added.
