Zoefest begins

Zofest, a three-day festival for

the unity of ethnic Mizos began at Zokhawthar village on Mizoram-Myanmar border from today.

It was attended by students and cultural clubs from across Mizoram as well as a large contingent of ethnic Mizos from Myanmar, Bangladesh, Tripura, Assam and Manipur, organisers said.

Chief Minister Lal Thanhawla will participate on the last day of the festival, they said.
