Rupee at over 10-month low on large corporate dollar demand

The rupee extended its losses to 62.7350, its lowest level since Feb 4 versus Friday's close of 62.29/30.
Traders cited heavy demand from a large petrochemical firm.
Losses in local shares also weighed on the rupee.
Asian currencies are mostly weaker vs the dollar.
Index of the dollar against six majors is up marginally.
Nifty is trading down 0.2%.
The pair is seen in 62.40-62.80 range for rest of the session.
