The board of directors of ITC Ltd has approved the restructuring of the company's Information Services Division under a separate subsidiary in India subject to necessary approvals. The board has cleared for shareholders' approval the restructuring of the information technology business to enable adoption of unique industry practices, including talent remuneration and management incentives.
