11.99% Paper Oversubscribed 200% Times

The auction of the 11.99 per cent government security maturing in 2009 held today was oversubscribed by more than 200 per cent. The total subscription for the auction was Rs 9,037.297 crore against the notified amount of Rs 3,000 crore.
