Dgp Windsor Announces 15% Final Dividend

DGP Windsor chairman Dilip Piramal said the company is on the verge of signing a number of technical collaborations which will make it one of the most comprehensive plastic processing machinery makers internationally.

The extrusion machinery division of the company has technology tie-ups with Kuhne of Germany for film plants and Wavin Rollepaal of The Netherlands for pipe and tube extrusion plants.

The injection moulding division is tying up with a world leader to make injection moulding machines.

The blow moulding division is also tying up with a German major.
