The Eastern Railway has carried 5.225 million tonnes of freight in April, up by 13 per cent against the same month of last year. This was highest ever loading by the Eastern Railway for the month of April since bifurcation of Indian Railways in 2002.
HNGIL Q4 net up 30 %
Hindusthan National Glass & Industries(HNGIL) has posted a standalone net profit of Rs 30.58 crore during the Q4 of 2011-12 ended on March 31. The company had reported a net loss of Rs 3.65 crore during the same period during the fiscal 2010-11.
