Rupee Ends Under 43/$ For First Time

The CII report has said that the concept of asset reconstruc-tion companies (ARCs) are feasible only for healthy banks, but added radical changes in bankruptcy and recovery laws and procedures must precede before banks are allowed to clean up their balance sheets through ARCs.
