Suit Against Dunlop
Justice M H S Ansari of the Calcutta High Court has stayed the proceedings of a suit of Rs 20 lakh against Dunlop India, filed by Supreme Industries. Ansari passed the stay order on the ground that Dunlop has already applied to the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction.
