Xerox Completes Buy Of Rank Xerox

Xerox Corp. said Monday it has completed the $1.5 billion acquisition of Rank Xerox with the purchase of the remaining 20 percent stake in the company held by Rank Group Plc.

Xerox now has complete ownership of the manufacturing and marketing organisation for Europe and parts of Asia and Africa.
