HCL CapitalStream Lending Group, a division of HCL Technologies and FTSE-listed Misys, have formed an alliance to offer a new technology solution to the banks with loan origination needs and positions.
Misys and HCL will work together to integrate HCL’s CapitalStream solution, a platform for business and commercial loan origination, into Misys’ commercial lending solution suite, Misys Loan IQ making it a complete front-to-back loan solution.
Misys and HCL will also grant each other licenses to distribute the other party’s product and refer banking customers to each other.
