Alkyl Amines shuts down Belgium-based subsidiary

The Mumbai-based Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd has closed down its subsidiary company, Alkyl Amines Europe SPRL, at Belgium. The company was established in 2009 with a paid-up capital of Euro 12,400. "Since this subsidiary company has become dormant, we have closed down the said subsidiary company as of March 31, 2014," said the company in a BSE filing. Alkyl Amines added that the closure will have no effect on its business.
 
Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd is a global supplier of amines and amine-based chemicals to the pharmaceutical, agrochemical, rubber chemical & water treatment industries, among others.
