Omkar Speciality Chemicals acquires land for expansion

Omkar Speciality Chemicals Ltd has acquired the rights to two plots, while its wholly owned subsidairy, Urdhwa Chemicals Company Pvt Ltd, has acquired the rights of another two plots for future expansion in Khed, Ratnagiri (Maharashtra). "The acquisition of plots have been made considering the forthcoming expansions of the company during the next five years," said the company in a BSE filing.
