Meet Gunjan Agnihotri, The Unwavering Force Behind The Picturesque Amila Hills
.

Nestled around the ethereal hills of Shimla is a beautiful group of luxury residences, including 2&4BHK villas as well as homely studio apartments that act as a much-needed escape for anyone tired of the hassles of city life. This wonderful place was a dream of Mr. Yashpal Agnihotri, MD of the group, who wanted to create a home in the hills and give other people the chance to experience a healthier and cleaner life in Shimla.
This dream came to fruition when he launched the project in November 2018. The construction and development of a large part of Amila Hills began at the beginning of 2019, which included 2-4BHK villas infrastructure development and a 1.5km road to make it accessible for all. This 54-acre development brings you a wholesome and exquisite community right in the lap of bountiful nature. The amenities include High Street Shopping, Helipad, Temple, Nature Trails, Fine Dining Restaurant, a Gold Class Cinema, a fully equipped Clubhouse, and many more.
"Our goal of ecological development is our driving force to maintain the serenity of the location," explained Gunjan Agnihotri, the Director of the Amila Hills Project. She went on to elaborate on how adventurous this journey was "In a market where traditionally, all builders usually like to play safe with the type of projects they work on, we have intentionally taken up the challenge of pushing the envelope. We are confident we will deliver on this, and the inquiries we receive are a testament to this."
Another contributor to this wonderful confidence is owed to the beautiful location of Amila Hills. Amila boasts of extraordinary and unparalleled views that people always end up falling in love at first sight. It is a one-of-a-kind property development amidst the hills of ethereal Shimla.
Each luxurious residence has been crafted for families in the lap of snowy peaks in picturesque Shimla, located at the height of 6510 ft. above MSL. At Amila Hills, the residents get to soak in the serenity and experience world-class amenities that literally "sweep you away to your very own slice of heaven."

The only minor setback this slice of heaven had to deal with was the pandemic caused by COVID-19. "Like everyone, the pandemic left us with a whole lot of problems, challenges, and delays, but in all honesty, it also has been a blessing in disguise," admitted Gunjan Agnihotri. What worked in her favor was how these challenging times got people to begin to value vacation homes, clean air, and luxury, which, fortunately, was what brought about the conception of Amila Hills.
"The pandemic opened many doors for us, and we have received a significant number of inquiries from India and abroad," exclaimed Gunjan. She, along with her team, successfully managed to get past the challenges operationally.
There is no doubt regarding this project's success as Amila Hills provides a much-needed escape from increasing pollution and population levels in most cities while also opening the doors to a healthier and nature-first lifestyle.
Director Agnihotri has managed to succeed despite real estate being a fairly male-dominated sector. She had to come up in the field when Real Estate as a sector in India was and still is in an unorganized phase. "In India, male dominance is needed in certain areas and roles because there are numerous kinds of people you need to deal with. In my opinion, male dominance is not a bad thing as long as it is in the right place and tactful," said Gunjan.
An egalitarian at heart, Gunjan Agnihotri makes certain to choose where she asserts her dominance as well as when to step back and pass it onto an equally competent male colleague to get work done, depending on the situation. "From what I've observed in my career when men see an opportunity for advancement, most will throw their hat in the ring without second thoughts. But women tend to stand back and wait until they're a little more prepared," noticed the director.
She believes that women need to come forward and be daring with the choices they make in their careers. "From an individual standpoint, I think women have to learn to trust themselves and dare to take chances, knowing that they have the skill sets to succeed in leadership roles. Successful women inspire more successful women.
With a spirit like Gunjan Agnihotri, it's no wonder that Amila Hills is flourishing, and it continues to serve as the much-needed getaway that everyone is looking for. To know more about the project, you may visit linktr.ee/AmilaHills, or call +91 9041 284 128.
