We would like to update you that B&K Securities has received the necessary prior approval under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Stock Brokers) Regulations 1992 on May 13 2025 for the acquisition and proposed change of control of B&K Securities to the Company.Upon receipt of all other necessary approval(s) and/or no objections of regulatory authority(ies) the Company will then initiate steps for discharge of Total Consideration (as referred to in our intimation dated January 27 2025) in accordance with the applicable laws.Please find enclosed intimation in this regard.
