We refer to intimation dated April 22 2025 with regards to execution of Business Transfer Agreements between a) 360 ONE Distribution Services Limited Credit Suisse Securities (India) Pvt. Ltd. and UBS AG and b) 360 ONE Portfolio Managers Ltd Credit Suisse Securities (India) Pvt. Ltd. and UBS AG. (collectively referred as BTAs)We wish to inform you that upon receipt of all necessary approvals and no objections of regulatory authorities and fulfilment of the conditions laid down in the respective BTAs the parties on September 29 2025 have consummated the BTAs.
